Do you install into glass?

Yes — glass installations are one of our specialties. We replace the entire panel with toughened, pet-safe glass and fit the cat flap professionally, ensuring a clean, secure finish.

Can you install into walls, not just doors?

Absolutely. We offer full brick wall installations with custom-made insulation and a tidy finish, perfect for homes without suitable doors or glass panels.

How long does the installation take?

Most standard installations take around 1 to 2 hours. Complex jobs (like wall work or bespoke units) may take a little longer, but we’ll always let you know in advance.

Do you supply the pet flap, or do I need to buy one?

We’re happy to supply a quality flap, or you can buy one yourself and we’ll install it for you. Just let us know

the make and model in advance so we can check compatibility.

Can I get a quote before moving into my new home?

Yes, we often provide quotes based on photos, floorplans, or even just measurements — especially for

people planning ahead before they move in.

Can you fit large pet doors for dogs?

Yes — we install larger pet doors for dogs too, including breeds like French Bulldogs,

Cockapoos, and Labradors. Let us know your pet’s size and we’ll recommend the right

flap.

Do you do glazing work as well?

Yes. We’re qualified glaziers, so we also replace windows, doors, and glass panels. In fact, if you’re replacing glazing with us, we’ll usually fit the pet flap at no extra charge.
